Your Impactful Contributions You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that elevate talent acquisition: Spearhead full-cycle recruiting, from strategic intake meetings through seamless onboarding. Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing solutions for critical supervisory and management roles in IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality. Champion EEO and diversity initiatives, meticulously tracking essential candidate data to foster an inclusive environment. Cultivate meaningful relationships with universities, industry organizations, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines. Optimize the interview process, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences while proactively providing input on process improvements. Essential Qualifications for Success Minimum of 5 years of corporate-level recruiting experience. Proven expertise in recruiting supervisory/management-level professionals specifically within IT, Engineering, Production, or Quality. Demonstrated track record in high-volume technical or operational exempt-level recruiting. Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels and maintaining a broad professional network.
