Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcer to support high-volume talent outreach for nursing and nursing support roles in Louisville, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment where strong sourcing skills and consistent daily activity are essential. The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with remote work available on Fridays and no overtime expected. This assignment is expected to last at least 13 weeks and may continue up to 26 weeks based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage candidates with experience in nursing and nursing support openings through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Use Workday to manage candidate pipelines, track recruiting activity, and maintain accurate applicant records.
  • Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong talent pools for active requisitions.
  • Support a high-volume recruiting workflow by sustaining consistent outreach and screening efforts throughout the workday.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to align sourcing efforts with current staffing priorities and role requirements.
  • Review candidate backgrounds to determine fit and promptly advance suitable individuals through the hiring process.
