Seeking a highly skilled Contract Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment and partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and business leaders. You'll drive proactive hiring strategies, deliver best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experiences, and use data to influence and improve hiring outcomes.

Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions Advise business leaders on talent needs, market trends, and strategies Source, assess, and engage diverse candidate pipelines for a variety of roles Analyze hiring metrics and recommend improvements to drive effective recruiting Maintain accurate applicant tracking and compliance Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; high school diploma required At least 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting; 6+ years preferred Proven experience in high-volume corporate or agency recruitment Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement for hard-to-fill roles ATS experience required (Workday or similar preferred) Experience supporting geographically dispersed and remote teams Excellent communication, consultative, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Preferred:

Experience recruiting for commercial, sales, marketing, operations, or life sciences roles

Environmental Conditions:
