6-Month Contract - Onsite Role Position Overview Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting recruitment efforts for senior director and procurement manager roles within our procurement department and other business functions as assigned. As a Sr. Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and delivering top-tier talent—developing strong pipelines tailored for both current and future staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Focus recruiting efforts on senior director and procurement manager roles within the procurement department, with flexibility to support other areas as needed. Source, attract, and manage a pool of top-tier candidates through proactive outreach and network development. Conduct pre-screening interviews and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and procurement leaders throughout the sourcing and selection process. Manage open job requisitions, maintain and update SmartRecruiters ATS, and drive recruiting metrics and achievements reporting. Compile and present industry overviews, talent market trends, and data-driven analytics to the recruiting team and business leaders. Prepare and secure approval for offer packages, ensuring equity and market competitiveness. Ensure strict compliance with federal/state employment laws, as well as internal policies for applicant tracking and reporting. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, stakeholders, procurement leaders, and executive leadership on all staffing-related activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport with stakeholders and procurement leaders. Strong business presence and the ability to instill client confidence. Hands-on recruiting and proactive sourcing experience required. Prior experience recruiting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector highly preferred. Prior experience using and managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters ATS preferred. Perks & Additional Details High-impact contract position at a world-class organization.
