Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant to join a fast-paced, people-focused recruiting and business development team in Bellevue, WA. As a Staffing Consultant, you will play a key role in recruiting, client relationship management, new account development, and account support. Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent across multiple industries and skill sets.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients through phone outreach, networking, client visits, and business development activities.
- Understand client hiring needs, present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system while tracking recruiting, sales, and activity metrics.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, support employment-related processes, and collaborate with team members to achieve branch and company goals. Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $52,000 to $57,000 annually.
