This role requires a proactive recruiter who can develop effective talent acquisition strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with established recruiting processes and regulations.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist II to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple business functions and geographic locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic recruiting, stakeholder management, and sourcing talent for Department of Defense (DoD) related roles, including Contract Administrator and Subcontract Administrator positions.This role requires a proactive recruiter who can develop effective talent acquisition strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with established recruiting processes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for a broad range of positions across multiple locations, supporting national hiring initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, market research, and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activities, and hiring documentation within applicant tracking systems.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, recruiting procedures, and applicable government and DoD requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Experience recruiting for Contract Administrator, Subcontract Administrator, or similar roles supporting DoD programs or government contracting environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive recruiting experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or government contracting environment.
- Familiarity with BrassRing (Kenexa) Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience using Phenom CRM for candidate relationship management.
- Experience with Paradox recruiting automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market intelligence. Required Skills
