Job Description
This position is an
ENTRY-LEVEL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruiting team with job posting administration and recruitment operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Training will be provided. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will work closely with recruiters across the United States to ensure open positions are posted accurately and on time. This role involves a high volume of manual data entry and requires exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities- Coordinate with recruiters nationwide to identify open positions that need to be posted.
- Manage the job posting process from start to finish.
- Ensure all positions are posted internally for the required 5-day period before being posted externally.
- Enter and maintain job posting information accurately within the company database.
- Monitor posting timelines and ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures.
- Review job postings for accuracy and completeness before publication.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Maintain organized records and update recruitment-related information. Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with recruiters across different locations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Previous administrative or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule
- Required in-office day: Tuesday
