We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support recruiting operations, candidate experience, internship programming, and employer branding initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing logistics, communication, and relationship-building while helping create a thoughtful and engaging hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner closely with both Talent Acquisition and Core HR to support recruiting processes, coordinate interviews and events, assist with onboarding activities, and help bring employer branding initiatives to life. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and energized by supporting programs that help attract and engage great talent. RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support ongoing communication and follow-up with active and passive candidates throughout the recruiting process Coordinate onsite interviews, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and candidate itineraries Assist with offer coordination, background check initiation, and pre-boarding logistics following verbal acceptance Partner with Core HR to support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee Support campus recruiting initiatives, including university engagement, career fairs, and virtual or in-person recruiting events Assist with logistics and communication related to Weissman's Internship Program Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including Life @ Weissman content and campaigns Coordinate talent-related events and recruiting initiatives, including FSF programming and company-hosted recruiting activities Maintain recruiting materials, candidate-facing resources, and inventory for campus and recruiting events QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or administrative/program coordination Experience supporting recruiting processes, scheduling, or HR operations preferred Experience coordinating events, programs, or logistics is a plus Experience working within ATS or HRIS systems preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support candidates and internal partners Ability to manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination across multiple stakeholders Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Comfortable working within systems, processes, and fast-paced environments WHAT DO WE OFFER?
