The Role:
Join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring across multiple business lines. This hybrid role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and is passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions ranging from frontline operations to corporate and leadership roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, maintaining recruiting systems, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English/Spanish, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
Consult and partner with hiring managers in the development of recruiting strategies. Develop and implement talent acquisition programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning. Develop and enhance community outreach programs and promote Servicon's employment brand through a vast network of professional relationships. Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screens and in person interview assessments. Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education. Source candidates from online databases, advertisements, job fairs, networking and other creative avenues. Obtain position requirements and behavioral profiles, determine compensation, ensure job descriptions are updated, and manage the entire engagement process effectively. May facilitate New Hire Orientations, coordinate onboarding efforts, and assist with other training programs as needed.
What It Takes To Be Successful:
Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently strongly preferred 3+ years recruiting experience with mid-to-large size organization (1,000+ employees) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients, individually and in groups Proficiency with utilizing ATS and HRIS systems to manage full-cycle hiring processes The ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments Highly motivated, organized self-starter, focused on quality, service and teamwork Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft office suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information and data Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently (required) Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
