About Crunch Care Crunch Care is a leading childcare staffing agency providing both back-up care and long-term placements for families and corporate clients. We are known for our high standards, white-glove service, and commitment to placing exceptional caregivers with the families who rely on us. This is not a passive recruiting role. This is a high-accountability, fast-paced position where your work directly impacts families, caregivers, and company growth. The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is confident managing full-cycle recruiting-from sourcing to placement. This role is equal parts recruiter, coordinator, and consultant . You will be responsible for identifying top talent, ensuring thorough vetting and compliance, and guiding both caregivers and families through a successful placement process. You will also regularly speak with clients, helping them navigate childcare needs and matching them with the right candidates. What You'll OwnFull-Cycle Recruiting Source high-quality caregivers through job boards, referrals, and outreach Conduct phone and video interviews (Zoom/FaceTime) Manage active pipelines based on real-time demand and geography Candidate Vetting & Compliance Conduct reference and employment verification Review online presence (, social media, etc.) Manage background checks (Sterling) Track CPR/First Aid certifications and compliance documentation Support Trustline and clearance processes Placement & Overall Client Support Conduct client consult calls and support childcare searches Coordinate interviews and manage communication between families and candidates Guide both parties through onboarding to ensure readiness Follow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and success Quality Assurance & Team Collaboration Collect and report feedback from clients and caregivers Monitor QA channels (Slack + Engine Hire) and follow up on issues Partner with scheduling, HR, and recruiting teams to resolve concerns Support administrative updates (payroll adjustments, documentation fixes) Performance & Reporting Meet weekly targets: 20-25 interviews scheduled 10 interviews conducted 2 hires completed Track performance metrics and report weekly results Attend weekly recruiting L10 meetings prepared with updates, metrics, and solutions What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong communicator with confidence on the phone and video Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Able to balance multiple priorities without dropping the ball Naturally proactive-you don't wait to be told what to do Bonus if you have: Experience in childcare, healthcare staffing, or in-home services Background in HR, Social Work, Nursing, or Business Familiarity with caregiver or parent communities What Success Looks Like You consistently hit or exceed recruiting targets Your candidates are well-vetted, compliant, and high quality Your placements are successful and require minimal follow-up You communicate clearly, move quickly, and take ownership Benefits $200 Monthly Medical Stipend to support your health and wellness needs Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and maintain balance Flexible Remote Work Environment with autonomy and trust in how you manage your day Ongoing Professional Development including access to continued education and skill-building courses Growth Opportunity This role is designed with long-term growth in mind.
