  • About The Position:
  • Norstella is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing People team and drive full-cycle recruiting across the company's commercial functions.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across sales, account management, marketing, and commercial leadership. The TA Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, bringing market expertise, rigor, and a strong candidate experience to every search. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of recruiting commercial talent in fast-paced, data-driven environments; experience in life sciences or healthcare is a meaningful plus.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles across sales, account management, marketing, and leadership — from intake through offer acceptance.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop search strategies, define ideal candidate profiles, and set clear expectations on process and timelines. + Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-priority and recurring commercial roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. + Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, representing Norstella's mission and employer brand with clarity and enthusiasm. + Advise hiring managers on market conditions, competitive compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability to support sound hiring decisions. + Manage multiple concurrent searches with discipline and transparency, providing regular pipeline updates and reporting to stakeholders. + Partner with HR Delivery to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and practices, including use of the ATS, interview frameworks, and sourcing strategies. + Serve as a credible market intelligence resource, sharing insights on talent trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate sentiment with the broader People team and business leaders.

  • + Consistently fills commercial roles with high-quality candidates within agreed timelines, earning strong satisfaction scores from hiring managers and candidates alike.
+ Builds and sustains proactive talent pipelines that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire across commercial functions. + Establishes trusted advisor relationships with commercial leaders, becoming a go-to partner for all things talent across their teams. + Advances Norstella's employer brand in commercial talent markets through compelling outreach, a standout candidate experience, and authentic representation of our mission.
  • Qualifications
  • + 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial roles, including sales hunters, account managers, marketing professionals, and go-to-market leadership.
+ Demonstrated success recruiting across a range of commercial profiles — from individual contributors to senior sales and marketing leaders. + Experience recruiting in SaaS, data and analytics, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex B2B environments strongly preferred; life sciences experience a plus. + Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms; comfort with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting. + Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers, manage expectations, and drive alignment in fast-moving or ambiguous situations. + Exceptional candidate relationship skills and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience throughout the hiring process. + Ability to manage a high-volume, high-variety workload with discipline, prioritization, and consistent follow-through. + Bachelor's degree required.
