Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner

•Engineering for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing organization. This role will provide recruiting support for high-priority hourly machining positions across multiple U.S. locations, with a strong focus on CNC Machinist talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for evergreen CNC Machinist positions, from sourcing through interviewing and offer stages. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified CNC Machinists and skilled manufacturing professionals. Source candidates through Indeed, , Boolean searches, job boards, QR codes, digital sourcing strategies, and other recruiting channels. Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualification assessments. Evaluate candidates based on CNC machining experience, technical capabilities, manufacturing background, shift availability, and overall fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and communicate candidate qualifications effectively. Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process and proactively address roadblocks to keep searches moving forward. Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, and recruiting activity within the ATS. Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill CNC Machinist and precision machining positions. Maintain accurate candidate documentation and timely communication throughout the recruiting process. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. Support recruiting needs across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations as business demands change.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience specifically focused on CNC Machinists, machining, or precision manufacturing positions. Strong background recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or skilled-trades environments. Demonstrated experience recruiting hourly manufacturing talent. Strong proficiency with Indeed sourcing and Boolean search techniques. Ability to understand technical CNC Machinist requirements and effectively assess candidate qualifications. Strong hiring-manager partnership and requirement-management skills. Highly independent, proactive, relationship-driven, and business-minded. Ability to manage changing priorities and recruiting demands in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus. Workday experience is a plus.
