Aston Carter is partnering with a highly respected client on an exciting Talent Acquisition Sourcer opportunity. This role is structured as an open‑ended contract and is fully remote, offering flexibility and long‑term potential within a well‑established organization. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and prior experience in talent acquisition within a large corporate environment ($1 Billion+ in revenue). Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer for an open-ended, long-term contract role. This position is vital in finding and selecting candidates to determine their cultural fit and suitability for roles within our Advanced Facilities Group builds. Responsibilities + Identify and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other channels. + Source candidates for high-level construction roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators. + Conduct initial engagement with candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit for the organization. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Seniors and Managers to advance candidates through the hiring process. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and talent sourcing. + Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates for high-level construction roles. + Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in recruiting within the construction industry is preferred. + An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
