Talent Acquisition SpecialistContract with potential for Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid ScheduleWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find great talent and keep hiring moving forward.
If you're energized by sourcing candidates, conducting meaningful interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to solve talent challenges, we'd love to talk with you.
In this role, you'll support hiring efforts across multiple business functions, managing a variety of professional-level openings while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer.
What You'll Be DoingManage multiple open requisitions through the full recruiting lifecycleSource active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting toolsConduct candidate screenings and assess skills, experience, and career goalsPartner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategiesCoordinate interviews and maintain momentum throughout the hiring processDevelop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack recruiting activity within the ATS and maintain accurate recordsWhy This Opportunity?
