The Talent Acquisition team is focused on recruiting top talent to manufacture coolers that are continually voted "Best in Class." We are currently seeking a driven, positive, results-oriented individual to fill the Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring talented individuals to perform production-based tasks for our four area production facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drive recruiting efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels throughout all True Production facilities. Post positions on external job boards. Navigate and utilize an Applicant Tracking System to review and disposition candidates. Schedule and engage candidates through telephone and onsite interviews. Conduct telephone and on-site interviews; prepare and present offers. Maintain communication with candidates from the start of the application process through onboarding. Process and maintain paperwork to ensure compliance. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines. Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness. Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities. Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree in human resource management, communications, psychology, business management or related field, preferred. Two or more years of related experience preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
certification(s) preferred. Broad understanding of manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Exhibit positive and professional behavior. Light travel between local facilities as needed may be required.
