Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, frontline roles, primarily supporting residential programs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines and making a direct impact on workforce success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple open positions and drive recruiting efforts for high-volume roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies Identify, screen, and coordinate candidates through the interview process Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Participate in community outreach efforts such as job fairs and recruitment events Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes Collaborate with internal recruiting team members to ensure consistency and coverage
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Experience sourcing candidates in competitive labor markets Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Additional Details:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Direct hire opportunity Limited travel required Initial onboarding and training conducted onsite Interview process includes virtual interviews, with potential additional rounds Candidates may be asked to complete a presentation during the interview process Role supports recruiting efforts for a large network of residential homes Opportunity to work with internal support resources, including junior team members
