Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist , also referred to as a Healthcare Recruiter or Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Specialist). The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

You must have:
High school diploma/GED, required Experience developing and negotiating job offers Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills Additional Qualifications That Are a
Plus:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience Full benefits at
