Job Description
Leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams in a hybrid Denver environment. Partners with hiring managers, manages expectations, optimizes ATS workflows and recruitment data, analyzes hiring pipelines, troubleshoots process gaps, and delivers a strong candidate experience. The role also supports cross-functional initiatives and requires sound judgment regarding AI applications in talent acquisition. Your Mission:
Join our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage. Lead high-volume hiring for our fastest-growing teams. Partner directly with hiring managers to drive accountability and manage expectations. Optimize recruitment tooling and data flows (e.g., managing ATS workflows, running pipeline analytics). Have an owner mindset, whereby you step up to support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as team needs evolve.

We use smart tools and recruitment data to streamline processes without losing the personal touch. Requirements 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience. Demonstrated success handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments. Strong systems orientation with experience organizing ATS data, running hiring reports, and troubleshooting process gaps. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure. Sharp discernment regarding AI tools—clear opinions on how AI should and shouldn't be applied to talent acquisition. Experience with GTM recruiting is a plus. Hands-on experience building basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus.
