As a new Talent Acquisition Specialist at Community 1st Credit Union, you'll dive into engaging activities every day. From crafting compelling job postings to screening resumes, wedge recordings and scheduling in-person interviews, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, attend career fairs, and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you'll assist in developing recruitment plans and maintaining candidate pipelines.
