•4 days onsite, 1 day remote (candidate selects remote day)

Candidates may work remotely initially, but upon conversion to a FTE, they must work onsite. Role Overview Seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong experience recruiting technology talent and the ability to influence hiring managers and drive the recruiting process forward. Key Responsibilities Recruit for technical and hard-to-fill positions across various levels.

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.

Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and expectations.

Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive quality hires and timely hiring decisions.

Provide market insights, talent-pool knowledge, and recruiting guidance to stakeholders.

Identify effective sourcing channels and execute targeted candidate outreach.

Assess candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Use ATS, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively. Must-Have Profile Strong Technical/IT Recruiting experience.

Proven success recruiting hard-to-fill technology roles.

Strong hiring-manager partnership and stakeholder influencing skills.

Experience developing sourcing/recruiting strategies.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Strong understanding of technology labor markets and talent pools.
