Technical Recruiter Please note that this job is hybrid. You will be required to work Monday - Thursday onsite in Greenwood Village. You may work from home on Fridays. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading technology company to fill their open Technical Recruiter job in Greenwood Village, CO. job opportunity where you will earn between $72.00 and $80.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).Responsibilities:
Partnering with Hiring Managers to establish search criteria for open technical positions Posting jobs and screening candidates Conducting interviews and negotiating job offers Maintaining candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring needs Entering and updating candidate information in the ATS and HRIS Tracking and reviewing recruiting KPIs Joining relevant business associations, networks, etc., both online and in person Attending career fairs and other hiring events All other related tasks as requiredQualifications:
At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Technical Recruiter role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Previous experience with ATS and/or HRIS software Excellent internal and external customer service skillsCompensation:
