Responsibilities:

Partnering with Hiring Managers to establish search criteria for open technical positions Posting jobs and screening candidates Conducting interviews and negotiating job offers Maintaining candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring needs Entering and updating candidate information in the ATS and HRIS Tracking and reviewing recruiting KPIs Joining relevant business associations, networks, etc., both online and in person Attending career fairs and other hiring events All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Technical Recruiter role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Previous experience with ATS and/or HRIS software Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $72.00 and $80.00 LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
