Home office Overview Seeking a Technical Engineering Recruiter with 4-7+ years of experience to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles across North America. This role requires the ability to handle complex requisitions, partner with stakeholders, and build strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple locations (on-site and virtual) Perform full life-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies Build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning Source candidates using databases, social media, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, referrals, and cold outreach Conduct candidate screening and pre-submittal interviews Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to business leaders and hiring teams Identify and resolve complex recruiting challenges with scalable solutions Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of recruiting experience Experience in technical or engineering recruiting Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within agency, corporate, or startup environments Strong experience with: Candidate sourcing strategies Job requirement gathering Screening and selection processes Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners Experience coordinating interviews and managing hiring workflows Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency Technical Skills Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) — Workday preferred Proficiency with
