Compensation Full-Time:

$2,500+ per month (on average) $1,000 attendance-based pay $1,500 performance-based pay (average for meeting goals, higher earnings common for strong performers) Additional bonuses for top results and special achievements About BMORE Studio BMORE Studio is the leading TikTok Live creator agency in the DMV region. Based in Baltimore, we help livestreamers grow their audiences, increase their earnings, and build sustainable careers in the creator economy. Our 5,000-square-foot Fells Point studio provides the space, equipment, and team support for both creators and scouts to thrive. Role Overview We are looking for a TikTok GO Recruiter to support creator recruitment and growth for the TikTok GO ecosystem. This role is highly performance-driven and focuses on large-scale creator outreach, qualification, and GMV contribution.

You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and activating creators, with direct performance incentives tied to recruitment volume and GMV results.

Key Responsibilities Proactively source and reach out to TikTok creators across multiple platforms, with a target of approximately 2,000 unique creator outreaches per month Successfully recruit and bind qualified creators, earning performance-based incentives per bound creator (uncapped) Maintain accurate outreach and onboarding records in the official tracking system; duplicate outreach does not count toward performance Collaborate with internal teams to support creator activation and ongoing performance Contribute to overall GMV growth, with performance bonuses tied to GMV tiers and uncapped upside based on creator output Qualifications Self-motivated and accountable, able to manage targets independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team Strong outreach, communication, and follow-up skills; comfortable engaging with a high volume of creators Familiarity with TikTok, creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, or short-form video platforms is a strong plus Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to track large volumes of outreach and onboarding progress accurately Results-driven mindset with comfort working in a performance-based compensation structure Prior experience in creator recruitment, influencer management, sales, or business development is a plus
