• Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure they remain engaged throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and establish hiring timelines.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline progress, and offer acceptance rates.
