Job Description MKO Workforce Solutions is hiring a Staffing Recruiter for our Sioux Falls, SD office. The Recruiter ensures optimal professional service is provided to all existing clients and new clients by Recruiting, Processing & Qualifying Applicants, and filling these clients' open roles with qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and timely performs daily office opening procedures including, but not limited to: assuring all electronic equipment is on and operating efficiently, reviewing and appropriately handling all voice mails received between office closing and office opening, and providing call-backs as needed. Professionally and appropriately answers incoming phone calls and refer any problematic issues to management, as may be necessary. Assists employees with completing forms, as needed; examples: applications, W-4 forms, housing, job verification, or other government forms and acknowledges and maintains privacy for employees' personal identifying information. Interviews potential employees (utilizing appropriate employee checklist document), including appropriate discussion of skill levels; checks applications for completeness, reviews resumes. Accepts employer job orders and appropriately and timely enters this information into the database. Appropriately and timely searches for specific persons to fulfill required job orders, utilizing appropriate recruitment methods. Contacts appropriate potential applicants for available positions. Markets applicants to current and potential clients. Conducts drug screening and new employee orientation, as needed, appropriately preserving documentation and ensuring privacy and compliance with any applicable laws. Assists companies and employees with any on-the-job problems that may arise and other related concerns, consulting with management whenever appropriate. Closes office, including powering down, as necessary, any electronic equipment and secures office appropriately for remaining non-work hours. Provides regular, punctual attendance at work and sets appropriate example for other employees regarding same. Works as a team with co-workers and management to fulfill company goals Performs other job duties as assigned, or as requested.
Requirements:
1 Year Administrative Assistant Experience necessary Ability to Make Phone Calls Be team oriented, but highly self-motivated Basic understanding of HR practices/laws Be exceptionally organized Have high attention to detail Have above average time management skills Excellent communication skills with a wide demographic Be proficient with Windows and Microsoft programs Be able to learn new computer programs Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred, but not required #INDSXF
