IDR is seeking a Contract Clinical Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood,Tennessee. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry, supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Contract Clinical Recruiter:
Manage and oversee the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and extending job offers. Review and evaluate applicants to ensure experience, education, and certifications meet role requirements. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration. Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. Build and maintain talent pipelines through various channels such as social media, job boards, colleges, and career fairs. Requirements for the
Contract Clinical Recruiter:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (e.g., NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles). Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
