Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our growing team! About the

Summary:
The Bilingual Staffing Specialist is a goal-oriented self-starter with proven experience in recruitment and human resources. The ideal candidate demonstrates effective communication skills and brings strong operational support to the WSG team. This role is responsible for the various human resources services provided to our clients. Services include but are not limited to making decisions related to the hiring, placement, discipline, payroll, and termination of temporary employees. Responsibilities:
Acts as the point of contact for leadership/management team regarding daily operational data and branch performance. Coordinates with sales team to identify current and future hiring needs. Researches potential new clients in the market and schedules appointment for sales team to meet with prospective clients. Evaluates and implements successful methods of candidate sourcing. Prepares digital and paper advertising. Organizes and facilitates hiring events/job fairs. Develops and maintains steady pipeline of candidates tailored to client needs. Ensures candidates are properly prepped before placing with client. Proper preparation of candidates includes interviewing, drug testing, completing E-Verification/background checks/I-9 documents, and more. Serves as an intermediary between temporary workers and clients. Investigates, resolves, and documents all issues relating to said workers (e.g. performance, attendance, payroll). Investigates and evaluates matters regarding worker's compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints. Resolves matters swiftly and professionally Maintains positive professional relationships with clients. Provides exceptional customer service. Ensures clients are satisfied with services and that WSG is meeting all client needs. Works alongside each branch in the designated territory. Assists with shift coverage and completion of orders associated with sister-branches as needed.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work under pressure Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, human resources, or related fields Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer/clerical skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Avionte) Willingness to work outside of typical office hours as business needs require Reliable transportation
Work Setting:
The Bilingual Staffing Specialist will work in-office. This role will work on a part time basis with opportunity to become full-time as business needs require. This role requires
