This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for technical and operational roles within a fast-paced technology and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience in technical, IT, manufacturing, or warehouse-related positions and is comfortable managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen candidates for technical and operational positions. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support Build strong pipelines for open roles. Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess technical qualifications, work history, and culture fit Partner closely with hiring managers and onsite operations teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Maintain candidate records, interview notes, and hiring activity in ATS and internal systems Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding documents, and orientation logistics Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, interview-to-hire ratios, and retention trends Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and database mining Ensure all hiring practices remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations Support hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community outreach efforts as needed Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical staffing, IT recruiting, manufacturing, or high-volume staffing Experience recruiting for technical, engineering support, electronics, IT hardware, or data center roles preferred #internal123
