The Specialist
- Recruitment serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families visiting Middle Tennessee State University and represents the University in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner.
Essential duties include providing information to prospective students and families; assisting with on-campus recruitment events and campus tours; maintaining regular communication with prospective students; supporting recruitment initiatives and special projects; and collaborating with campus partners to provide a positive and seamless prospective student experience. Evening and weekend work is required to support recruitment events and activities. Required Education Bachelor's degree required. Required Related Experience One year of full-time experience in higher education. Required License/Registration/Certification Valid driver's license required. Desirable Related Experience One year of full-time experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, or a related field is preferred.
