  • Job Summary and Qualifications
  • As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for physicians and advanced practice providers, you will be part of a centralized recruitment marketing and employer brand team.
You will be responsible for identifying, recommending and executing talent attraction initiatives that help fill physician and advanced practice provider openings across the HCA Healthcare enterprise. These initiatives will improve candidate engagement, quality and ROI across channels, including digital advertising, social media, job boards, email marketing, careers site, and employer content. What you'll do in this role: + Help drive digital marketing campaigns, deliver new solutions and track return on investment on recruiting marketing for division, line of business and enterprise level initiatives. + Take initiative in creative problem-solving and seek a thorough understanding of deliverable objectives. + Lead groups to concept, create and implement campaigns that will communicate to a variety of audiences in multiple communication channels (print, digital, and video). + Analyze recruitment marketing analytics and develop thoughtful, comprehensive strategies for ongoing optimization. + Research market to identify trends, challenges, new marketing strategies and tactics, and relay these findings to business leaders + Develop messaging and creative assets within employer brand guidelines. + Lead meetings, offering recommendations & strategy pertaining to campaign efforts and accurately relaying ROI and results. + Clearly communicate at a high level across all levels of the organization, which also includes setting a creative vision and getting consensus from multiple partners. + Actively collaborate with leaders, team members and external vendor partners to bring creative campaigns and initiatives to life. + Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback. + Champion big ideas and innovation + Contribute to brand strategy discussions to guide evolution. + Develop expertise and knowledge in assigned business areas. What you'll bring to this role: + Experience with digital advertising including paid search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and job boards. + Proficient in employer content development (messaging, images, video or creative assets) preferred, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign a plus. + Expertise with career website development including
HTML & SEO/GEO
a plus. + Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics or similar and ATS databases a plus. + Experience in employer reputation including testimonials, reviews and company pages (Glassdoor, Indeed, social media) a plus. + Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with Physician and Advance Practiced Provider audiences (via recruitment marketing, brand, communications, recruitment, etc.) preferred. + Exhibits excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong time management skills. + Extensive knowledge of the everchanging trends on digital platforms. + Ability to work in an organized fashion to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines. + Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. + Self-motivated; takes initiative and shows continuous growth and knowledge.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree is required + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or Public Relations is plus + 3+ years of experience in a digital focused marketing role is required
