If so, we want you to join our team as an Employment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals. We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to contribute to our growing team. The Employment Specialist will manage every step of the recruiting and hiring process.
This includes:
1. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers 2. The selection and placement of candidates to fill open job orders 3. Interaction and communication with clients to understand and fulfil their staffing needs From sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting job offers to the selection and placement of candidates and hiring manager communications. Do you have the following skills/experience?
  • Outstanding Communicator. Superior written and verbal skills
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Technologically comfortable. You are proficient in using Word, Excel, CRM and ATS tools
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service, sales, recruiting or relevant industry experience
  • Associates Degree or High school diploma/GED Express Employment Professionals is in the business of helping good people find good jobs, and we'll teach the right person about the interviewing and placement process with our comprehensive training program.
