Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), sourcing tools, and talent management software to identify high-potential talent Perform interviews and assessments, utilizing effective communication skills to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and educational institutions for campus recruitment and succession planning Negotiate offers and employment terms confidently while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and systems like Bullhorn for tracking candidate progress, employee orientation, and employee documentation Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify passive candidates for high-volume recruitment needs in light industrial roles Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, or high-volume recruitment across manufacturing or light industrial sectors Strong negotiation skills coupled with talent management expertise to attract and retain top candidates Excellent interviewing capabilities with a focus on candidate sourcing and relationship management Knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and systems such as Bullhorn or similar platforms Proficiency in social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research techniques, and using ATS tools effectively Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish , demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability Join us as a Bilingual Recruiter where your energy fuels our growth!
