This role sources, screens, interviews, and places qualified candidates while ensuring excellent service to both clients and talent. The Staffing Consultant plays a key role in driving placements, meeting staffing needs, and maintaining strong partnerships. Major Duties and Responsibilities Make a minimum of 50 effective outbound calls each day Have a minimum of 30 placements weekly (6 per day) Have a minimum of 10 new recruits weekly (Recruited, Process, Interview) Recruiting & Talent Management Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing. Create job postings and recruit via multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments Match qualified candidates to open job orders based on experience and client needs Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS Ensure all candidates meet compliance, documentation, and background requirements Client & Account Management Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews Provide guidance to clients regarding job market trends, pay rates, and hiring best practices Support client relationships and maintain a high level of service and responsiveness Assist with onboarding workers into client sites as needed Sales & Business Development (As Needed) Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews Provide guidance to clients regarding job market trends, pay rates, and hiring best practices Support client relationships and maintain a high level of service and responsiveness Assist with onboarding workers into client sites as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1 year minimum of recruiting or staffing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Comfortable with occasional client-facing conversations or sales activity Strong organizational and time-management skills Operates with a high sense of urgency to ensure timely results Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsSimilar jobs in Addison, TX
