Job Description

Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to support a high-volume hiring initiative for manufacturing and production roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who recently received their bachelors degree or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, and full-cycle hiring support within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual platforms Source candidates through job boards, databases, and other recruiting tools Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking within internal systems Support high-volume recruiting efforts to meet aggressive hiring timelines Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring process Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience); recent graduates encouraged to apply 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, administrative support, or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment in reviewing resumes and assessing candidate fit Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) What We're Looking For A proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic Someone eager to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively A team player who is adaptable and results-driven Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ames, TX 77575. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
