High-Volume Recruiter - Arlington, TX Immediate Start | Full-Time | Direct Hire Join a company where people come first. We are currently seeking High-Volume Recruiters to join our teams in Arlington, TX where you'll play a key role in driving recruiting operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and associates.
Position Details Locations:
Arlington, TX Compensation:
$24.50+ (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexibility may be required based on client needs Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and skilled trades positions, from sourcing to onboarding Handle high-volume hiring across multiple clients and job categories Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and community outreach Conduct interviews, verify eligibility, and process onboarding documentation Collaborate closely with account managers and onsite teams to ensure successful placements Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all employment laws Provide excellent customer service to both clients and associates to support engagement and retention Identify opportunities to improve fill rates and overall recruiting efficiency Qualifications Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required Experience recruiting for skilled trades roles preferred (such as welders, machinists, or maintenance techs) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Bilingual in English and Spanish Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented Why Join Jibe Staffing?
