This includes roles in call center, sales, customer service, claims, IT, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys working independently, and wants to make a direct impact on company growth through hiring.

Bedford, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
$21-$25 per hour + benefits Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles and departments Draft and post clear, engaging job descriptions Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and execute hiring strategies Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience Track recruiting activity and analyze metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.) Oversee background and reference checks Support onboarding to ensure successful new hire integration What Success Looks Like Filling roles quickly and efficiently Building and maintaining a strong, consistent candidate pipeline Meeting hiring targets in a performance-driven environment Contributing directly to the company's growth through effective hiring Why Join CoverageX Fast-growing company with strong hiring demand Opportunity to work independently and own your results Clear growth path for high performers Direct impact on building and scaling teams across the organization Experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring preferred Experience recruiting for call center, sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of hiring goals Experience using job boards, ATS systems, and sourcing tools preferred
