Job Description
SEnergy is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our organization. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly relational, partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions and engaging positively with candidates. This position is located in our office in Boerne, TX and will require occasional travel for recruiting events and career fairs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to identify and attract top-tier candidates across diverse functions and levels within the Company. Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting compelling job descriptions, posting available positions on relevant platforms, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, scheduling travel, negotiating offers, and facilitating the onboarding process. Proactively source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and innovative sourcing techniques. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various platforms and engaging in proactive market research and networking. Conduct in-take meetings with hiring managers to identify and create job-related interview questions. Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct virtual recruiting screens and in-depth interviews, utilize assessment methodologies (e.g., behavioral interviewing, technical assessments), and provide detailed feedback on a weekly basis to hiring managers to ensure a strong fit for the role and SE culture. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, fostering a partnership approach to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process. Lead weekly recruiting meetings with Hiring Managers and Directors. Work with departments to identify and detail new staff required skills, functions, title and pay. Represent SE positively to potential candidates, actively participate in recruitment events, i.e., regional job fairs, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance SE's appeal to top talent. Track and analyze recruitment data, monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide weekly reports to HR Manager and hiring managers on recruitment progress. Maintain documentation, including critical conversations, decisions, rationale and save copies of all pertinent information. Develop and maintain positive relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment resources. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Implement operational best practices. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a Senior role. Solid understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing methods, and employment law. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Proven ability to source, assess, and attract candidates. Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data. Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting background in Electrical Engineering is a plus. Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Ability to read, write and speak English.SKILLS:
