Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter/Office Assistant to join our vibrant team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend talent acquisition expertise with essential administrative support, ensuring our organization attracts top talent and maintains smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to drive recruitment initiatives while managing office functions with enthusiasm. Duties Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal sourcing. .Conduct interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions through effective negotiation and relationship management. Manage HR sourcing activities by leveraging social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to generate candidate leads. Support onboarding processes by conducting employee orientation sessions and preparing employment contracts and employee evaluation documentation. Handle office responsibilities including filing, emails data entry and answering phones and supporting overall office operations. Maintain accurate records of employee data, conduct research on industry trends, and support succession planning initiatives. Experience Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition strategies such as HR sourcing, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment. Experience in administrative support roles within an office environment; proficiency in managing contracts, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluations. Ability to research industry best practices and implement innovative recruitment techniques using social media management tools and lead generation methods.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
