Pipeline Mastery:
Source "hungry" candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and local networking. Screen for
Grit:
Conduct 5-10 high-quality video interviews daily to identify candidates with the drive to succeed in door-to-door sales. Manage the
Flow:
Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and ensure no great candidate falls through the cracks.
Candidate Experience:
Be the face of Heritage. Educate candidates on our uncapped commission structure and the massive potential of the roofing industry. Represent at
Career Fairs:
Attend local college, military, and/or community job fairs to scout for high-potential sales talent. Who You Are Experienced (A Little): You have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or high-volume staffing.
A Great Communicator:
You can "sell" a career opportunity and build instant rapport over video.
Tech-Savvy:
You're comfortable navigating/updating an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms.
Organized:
You can handle 20+ candidates in flight at once without losing track of details.
