City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Independent Contractor Recruiter & Compliance Coordinator to build and sustain the backbone of our field operations. You will own the full contractor lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding, compliance, and relationship management—helping ensure our service network remains strong, qualified, and growing. City Wide Facility Solutions is one of Austin's fastest-growing facility services companies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where your work directly impacts our success. The position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, compliance, vendor management, or a related field Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates or independent contractors Ability to manage compliance documentation and onboarding processes Experience tracking insurance certificates, licenses, and contractor requirements Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Why Join City Wide? Requirements English and Spanish proficiency required for candidate recruitment and onboarding. Drive IC recruiting through online job boards, email campaigns, direct mail, and social media to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews — in-office, at career fairs, and at remote locations — to evaluate fit and readiness. Guide new ICs through onboarding using the City Wide IC Checklist, collecting and verifying all required compliance documents. Maintain accurate, up-to-date IC records in our CRM and keep the Operations team informed on contractor availability. Perform ongoing compliance audits at 30, 60, and 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year to ensure all files remain current. Partner with Operations to coordinate monthly IC payday events and support administrative needs as assigned.
