City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Independent Contractor Recruiter & Compliance Coordinator to build and sustain the backbone of our field operations. You will own the full contractor lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding, compliance, and relationship management—helping ensure our service network remains strong, qualified, and growing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where your work directly impacts our success. The position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, compliance, vendor management, or a related field Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates or independent contractors Ability to manage compliance documentation and onboarding processes Experience tracking insurance certificates, licenses, and contractor requirements Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Why Join City Wide?
