Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist Locations:
Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, Fort Wayne, IN Work Schedule:
Onsite Monday-Friday (effective September 14, 2026)
Training:
Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026
Residency Requirement:
Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location. W2 Rate - $40-48/hr depending on experience Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and operational roles within an assigned territory. This role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
Required:
This is on the Corporate side - this is NOT within IT This is a non-IT recruiting role focused on Salaried/Management/Non Exempt position support Required Qualifications 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (non-IT preferred). Experience recruiting professional and management-level positions. 3+ years of experience using ATS systems and online recruiting tools. Full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt employees. Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license required.

Pay:
$40.00 - $48.00 per hour
