Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced staffing agency environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner + Respond to emails and inquiries from candidates, clients, and internal staff + Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes + Conduct follow-ups with candidates regarding application status, availability, and placement updates + Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) + Prepare and send reports related to recruiting activity, placements, and workforce status + Support job posting efforts across job boards and social media platforms + Verify documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements + Coordinate interview schedules and communicate details to candidates and hiring managers + Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management •Qualifications•+ Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (staffing or HR environment a plus) + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools is a plus + High attention to detail and organizational skills + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills •Key Skills•+ Communication & Customer Service + Organization & Time Management + Data Entry & Reporting + Recruiting Support + Follow-Up & Coordination + Problem-Solving •Work Environment•Office-based role with frequent interaction with candidates, clients, and internal recruiting teams.

  • Pay Details:
  • $20.
