We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. If you're a people person, have a passion for finding the right talent, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time in-office position. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.
Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter at D&M Leasing, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruiting for our dealerships and corporate locations.
Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, contributing to our candidate pipeline.
Candidate Engagement:
Create a welcoming and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our talented HR team and actively foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location or multi-department environment Proven ability to independently manage 5+ active job openings at one time, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition. A warm, engaging personality that provides a positive candidate experience. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
