S. manufacturing facility. This is more than a recruiting desk role. You'll be at the center of the hiring operation—connecting talented people with meaningful manufacturing opportunities, leading onsite hiring events, partnering with hiring managers and HR, solving candidate challenges, and helping the site hit critical hiring goals. What You'll Do Lead High-Volume Hiring Events
+ Own the planning and execution of onsite hiring events supporting hourly manufacturing needs.
+ Partner with HR, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and sourcing partners to establish hiring targets, event dates, interview capacity, and staffing needs.
+ Build event plans covering candidate volumes, interview schedules, interviewer assignments, candidate flow, and onsite logistics.
+ Monitor registrations and expected attendance and ensure candidate pipelines are ready for each event.
+ Serve as the primary recruiting lead onsite, managing check-in, interview flow, interviewer availability, and candidate movement.
+ Troubleshoot scheduling, capacity, candidate-volume, and process issues in real time.
+ Track event outcomes, including attendance, interviews, selections, offers, and follow-up actions.
+ Keep selected candidates engaged and moving through the process after each event. Champion the Candidate Experience
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for hourly candidates throughout the recruiting journey.
+ Create a welcoming, organized, professional experience at interviews and hiring events.
+ Clearly communicate position details, location, shift, schedule, hiring steps, and expectations.
+ Proactively identify candidates who are stalled or experiencing challenges.
+ Help resolve questions related to scheduling, application status, offers, documentation, pre-employment requirements, orientation, and Day 1.
+ Minimize candidate wait times and unnecessary delays.
+ Ensure candidates understand their next steps whenever possible.
+ Follow up with candidates from selection through offer, pre-employment, orientation, and start.
+ Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the hiring experience. Drive Daily Recruiting Execution
+ Review daily hiring priorities, open requisitions, candidate pipelines, and upcoming hiring events.
+ Identify gaps in attendance, candidate qualifications, interviewer capacity, and hiring targets.
+ Screen candidates against established qualifications as needed.
+ Coordinate candidates through interviews, selection, offers, and pre-employment activities.
+ Partner with hiring managers to obtain timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
+ Initiate offer requests for selected candidates.
+ Work closely with Recruiting Coordinators, HR, and support teams to keep candidates moving.
+ Monitor candidates through their expected start date and proactively engage candidates at risk of dropping out. Own Recruiting Metrics & Results
+ Maintain accurate visibility into daily recruiting activity and hiring outcomes.
+ Provide daily updates to Talent Acquisition, HR, and site stakeholders.
+ Track scheduled and confirmed candidates, registrations, attendance, no-shows, interviews, selections, offers, acceptances, clearances, orientation schedules, expected starts, Day 1 arrivals, and no-shows.
+ Identify gaps between hiring targets and actual results.
+ Recommend immediate actions to improve candidate flow and event performance.
+ Maintain accurate recruiting systems, trackers, dashboards, and reporting. Partner With Hiring Managers & Site Leadership
+ Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and site HR regarding immediate hiring needs.
+ Confirm interviewer availability and hiring-event capacity.
+ Communicate pipeline health and expected hiring results.
+ Escalate operational issues that could prevent the site from achieving hiring goals. What You Bring Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, high-volume hiring, or related experience.
+ Experience coordinating multiple candidates, interviews, or hiring activities simultaneously.
+ Strong organizational, customer-service, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
+ Ability to maintain accurate recruiting data and provide routine activity reporting.
+ Ability to work onsite at the assigned U.S. manufacturing facility and periodically adjust hours for shifts, hiring events, interviews, or orientation.
+ Ability to appropriately handle sensitive candidate information. Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting hourly production, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or skilled-trades talent.
+ Experience planning or executing high-volume hiring events, interview days, or job fairs.
+ Experience supporting recurring or large-scale hourly hiring.
+ Familiarity with Workday Recruiting.
+ Familiarity with Paradox or another automated candidate engagement and scheduling platform.
+ Experience using recruiting trackers, dashboards, and daily hiring reports.
+ Experience partnering directly with manufacturing or operations leaders.
