Job Description

Technical/Professional
  • HR Assistant#26-13935 Grand Prairie, TX All On-site Job Description This role handles the behind-the-scenes execution, coordination and delivery of recruiting support services to our client and customer groups. You'll keep your clients/customers organized, ensuring that all activities are executed according to the established process, and provide support through a variety of tasks:
  • Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations.
  • Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary.
  • Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion.
  • Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate's acceptance through the first week report-to-work date.
  • Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences.
  • Ensuring I9 completions for all new hires.
  • Provide support for ad hoc business needs
  • Coordinating interviews with Managers in Leo system
  • Integrating (onboarding) candidates
  • Auditing requests for errors
Basic Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience coordinating interviews years experience processing
  • 2+ I9 forms
  • No degree required (high school diploma okay)
  • BrassRing and Leo system experience (nice to have)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with candidates.
  • Attention to detail
  • 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Teams
  • 4+ experience)
  • 1+ year Conference Call Coordination experience year Ability to meet
  • 1+ deadlines experience year Relationship Building experience First Shift hours for position: 6:00am-4:30pm
