Job Description

Overview H2JobBoard is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified foreign laborers to meet the workforce needs of client companies or employers. This position ensures full compliance with immigration laws, labor regulations, and government-sponsored visa programs, such as H-2A and H-2B. Service as liaison between employers, international recruiting partners, international ministries of labor, and prospective h-2A and H-2B beneficiaries. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with respective foreign ministries of labor and recruiting agencies. Identify and recruit qualified foreign candidates for temporary, seasonal, or permanent labor positions. Coordinate application and processing of work visas (i.e.
H-2A,H-2B
). Ensure compliance with Department of Labor (DOL), USCIS, and other regulatory U.S. Government agencies. Process visa applications, schedule appointments, and interviews. Maintain accurate records of recruitment, processing, and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Communicate job requirements and working conditions to prospective workers. Monitor and support workers during their employment to ensure contract compliance and/or concerns. Address any recruitment-related issues, disputes, or changes that may arise. Qualifications:
Experience with foreign labor recruitment, immigration processes, or visa programs. Recruiting Familiarity with U.S. labor and immigration law, especially DOL and DHS regulations. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, oral and written. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
