Job Description

Onsite Recruiter Katy, TX $20-$28/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees while maintaining strong communication with both associates and management.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and light industrial positions Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork Maintain attendance tracking and employee communication Work closely with client management to fulfill staffing needs Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace concerns Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records Ensure a positive experience for employees and clients
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
