What You Will Work On You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for our store operations, including salaried positions, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our brand and values. From sourcing top talent through multiple channels to guiding candidates through interviews and negotiations, you'll make a measurable impact on our store workforce. Your role will also involve leveraging applicant tracking systems and web-based tools to keep the hiring process efficient and engaging. Beyond filling roles, you'll act as a strategic partner to store leaders and HR teams, aligning recruiting strategies with succession planning and growth objectives. You'll build strong pipelines for critical store positions, provide actionable insights through hiring trend analysis, and participate in recruitment events like job fairs and presentations. Every day, you'll help shape the future of our stores by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities. Who You Will Work With You'll collaborate closely with store leadership, HR partners, and fellow talent acquisition team members to deliver a seamless hiring experience. Your network will also extend to external sourcing vendors and community partners, ensuring we attract diverse and qualified candidates. Together, you'll create a candidate experience that reflects our brand values and energizes our store teams. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
