You will be responsible for ensuring that all drivers meet safety standards, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and cross-border requirements. Key Responsibilities Post job openings and actively source B1 and CDL Class A drivers through social media, job boards, and referrals. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and verify work history. Verify legal documentation and cross-border requirements (B1 Visa, Commercial Driver's License, FAST Card, PSP, MVR, driving records). Coordinate road tests, medical exams, and drug screenings. Manage the onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting B1 and CDL drivers in the freight/trucking industry.
